Terms of Service

By creating a SAGstop account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

SAGstop lets bike shops record inspections, price line items, and get customer approval by text and email. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your shop's use of the customer data you collect through it.

Accounts

One shop account has one admin. The admin may invite mechanics, who can create and manage inspection jobs on the shop's behalf. Admins are responsible for the accounts they invite.

Billing

Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

SAGstop is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
