SAGstop ("we", "us") provides bike shop inspection and customer approval software. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Shop accounts: name, email, and shop details you provide. Customer inspections: customer name, phone number, bike details, inspection video, and approval decisions entered by the shop or the customer.
How we use it
To operate the inspection and approval workflow — sending SMS and email notifications, storing inspection videos, and displaying job status to the shop. We do not sell customer or shop data.
SMS and Text Messaging
SAGstop does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected through our service will not be shared with third parties for any purpose other than delivering the inspection notification messages the customer has consented to receive. Message frequency is one message per service visit. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of messages at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at dan@gosignalco.com.
Data storage
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for database and file storage). Customer approval links expire and are single-purpose.
